Application

The RCAW Safety Advantage is a voluntary statewide program. The program was developed over 2 years, reviewed and endorsed by the RCAW Safety Committee, with final approval given by the RCAW Board of Directors at the June 2010 meeting.

As a member of the RCAW Safety Advantage, your company will have met or exceeded the established roofing contractors’ safety standards. Qualified members are given a RCAW Safety Advantage certificate for display at their place of business (can be reproduced for use in bid packages), signage to use on jobsites, and stickers for the employees hardhats.

The goals of this program are to establish a safe work environment, ensure that safety plans are effectively implemented, and ensure that employees are aware of their safety responsibilities.  This safety management program is voluntary to RCAW members who actively participate in the yearly safety program and jobsite audits. Annual renewal is required.
