TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP:

We/I hereby make application for membership with the Roofing Contractors Association of Washington (RCAW). Upon acceptance, we/I agree to abide by and uphold the standards, ideals and policies established in the Bylaws, Code of Ethics and Mission Statement of the RCA of Washington, now in force and as amended from time to time, and to continue working towards maintaining the highest principles and business practices.

It is furthermore agreed that this membership shall be assessed according to the current established dues schedule. This is an annual fee: payment of such shall accompany any application for membership. It is also agreed that membership begins on the first day of January of any given year and ends the last day of December of the following year.

Application is subject to approval by the RCAW Board of Directors. I hereby waive all claims against the Association, its officers, directors and all members arising out of any act in connection with the acceptance or rejection of this application.

Your dues payment is deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. However, the IRS requires us to say that contribution or gifts to RCAW are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income tax purposes.
