Steven E. Andrews

Owner of Signature Safety, Steve has 37 years experience. The majority of his experience has been in commercial/industrial markets. Prior to opening Signature Safety Services in 1999, he worked as a Project Manager and Safety Director for contractors in the following environments: Industrial, Governmental, Commercial, Multi-Use Housing, Medical and Residential. He is an experienced trainer in Hazard Communication, Asbestos and Lead Awareness, Confined Space, Excavation, Fall Protection, Scaffolding, OSHA 10 and OSHA 30, along with many others. He also has experience dealing in accident investigation, citation mitigation, and court as an expert witness.

Dennis Derks

Dennis started in commercial roofing in 1984 in Kansas City, Missouri. Dennis originally started in roof Project Management making his way through the business doing roof coordination, new roofing & re-roofing. He then spent two years as a field technician in the roof consulting market specializing in roof specs, roof surveys & moisture detection. In 1996 Dennis relocated he & his family here to Seattle, Washington. Having so many facets of experience in the various aspects of the roofing process allows Dennis to understand a customer’s needs & develop the best solution to a positive outcome and satisfied client. On his own time, Dennis enjoys the outdoors, gardening, traveling and football.

Joe Horn

Joe Horn has been in the roofing industry since 1991. During this time Joe has served in many capacities in roofing distribution and roofing contracting. The varied experiences from warehousing, sales and operations to the colorful industry personalities he has met through the years make the roofing industry an important part of Joe’s personal and professional life. Joe enjoys football officiating, gardening, reading and spending time with his wife and two children. Joe is serving his third term on the RCAW board and is currently the branch manager of Convoy Supply in Auburn, WA.

Donald Vose

Started roofing in June of 1976. General Manager of Tri City Roofing Co., Inc from September 1982 through March 1994. Owner Bluesage Roofing Co., Inc. from April 1994 through April 1999. Employed at Tile Technology Roofing Co., Inc. from May 1999 through November 2001. Co-Founded Legends Roofing Co., Inc in March 2002 to present. On the Board of Directors for the Roofing Contractors Association of Washington (RCAW) from 2005 to present. I am currently the Secretary for the RCAW. I am currently involved with the RCAW safety and legislative committees.
