The new members to the board have now been elected and I would like to congratulate the following members to our new Board of Directors who start their new terms Jan 1st 2012.

Randi Parkin – Northwest Roof Services.- Term will Expire 2014
D.J. Esary – Esary Roofing. Term will Expire 2013
Marty Palmer – Allied Building Products Term will Expire 2012
Gary Gilmer – Fields Roof Service. Term will Expire 2014
Donovan Gladstone – GAF Term will Expire 2014
Joe Horn – Convoy Supply Term will Expire 2013
Steve Andrews – Signature Safety. Term will Expire 2013
Dennis Derks – Sound Roof Services. Term will Expire 2012
(At the last board meeting held Nov 3rd 2011, the size of the board was reduced from 11 members to 9 by a unanimous vote of the existing board. The bylaws are currently being changed to reflect this decision. Which has been recorded in the minutes of that meeting.)
